Home-baked bread with malt is gaining more and more popularity, especially among those who follow a healthy diet. Such bread is much tastier and healthier than store-bought bread. We prepare bread from a mixture of rye and wheat flour and using a Panasonic bread machine.

Your bread made with a mixture of rye and wheat flour will differ in taste and color from rye bread without malt.

Prepare all items for baking bread.

Pour the required amount of malt into a separate bowl and pour 80 ml of boiling water over it.

Then mix the malt with water and cool.

Pour warm water, vegetable oil into the bowl of the bread machine and add the measured amount of salt and sugar.

Then pour the cooled malt into a bowl.

Then add the required amount of wheat and rye flour sifted onto a sieve and add dry fast-acting yeast to the flour.

Put the washed raisins on top of the flour (this is optional). You can add coriander or cumin instead of raisins.

Place the bowl with the ingredients in the bread maker and close the lid. Set the rye bread baking program, loaf size and crust color. In the Panasonic bread maker, this program is used first to "equalize the temperatures", then to knead once, rise and bake. The time will be set by default - 3 hours 30 minutes.

Check the condition of the dough bun in the kneading mode. It should be smooth and smooth.

In the "lifting" mode, the dough will significantly increase in volume. If your bread maker does not have a window, then do not open the lid when raising the dough so that the bread does not settle.
