First, take the bread and cut it into small pieces. Instead of "Borodino" bread, you can use any other type of rye bread. The sliced ​​bread must be dried in the oven - it should burn slightly, due to which the kvass will acquire a beautiful shade. Pour the dried pieces of bread into a separate pan or jar.

We also send raisins there, which must be washed beforehand, as well as sugar.

We fill everything with boiled water, which needs to be cooled to seventy degrees. We send the container with the resulting mass to a warm place for several hours.
