From childhood, everyone remembers the taste of refreshing bread kvass. It is very easy to repeat this taste and prepare the same aromatic drink for your family with the recipe for bread kvass with raisins. This drink perfectly quenches thirst, and is also suitable for adding to summer soups, for example, okroshka.

Cut the rye bread into small cubes. Put it on a baking sheet and put to dry in the oven, preheated to 140 degrees, for about 30 minutes.
