At home it is not at all difficult to make a real delicious bread kvass. To make the drink more aromatic and tasty, use black rye bread. This drink will perfectly quench your thirst in the heat, improve your appetite and give your body a lot of benefits.

Pre-cut black bread into small pieces and dry in the oven. Transfer the bread crumbs to a jar and pour boiling water into it. Leave the piece to stand for 8 hours, covered with gauze.

Strain the mixture through cheesecloth, squeezing out the bread cake, and return the liquid to the jar. Crumble the yeast into the container and add sugar. Pour the lemon over with boiling water, cut into small pieces, remove the seeds and cover with boiling water for 5 minutes to remove unnecessary bitterness. Transfer the lemon slices to the wort jar. Mix the workpiece thoroughly.
