Turkey Wing Jelly

A nutritious and rich jelly can be made from turkey wings. Thanks to this product, you can easily get a thick and concentrated jelly. Serve the dish for a homemade lunch, dinner or party table.

If the jellied meat is cooked without gelatin, then you should choose such parts of the meat that will give a greater strength to the jelly. For example, turkey wings are suitable for this. Boil the product with carrots, salt, peppercorns and bay leaves.

After the broth boils three times, remove the wings from it, the meat of which is further separated from the bones and chopped.

Sprinkle finely chopped meat with ground pepper and chopped garlic. Stir well.

Cut the boiled carrots into thin slices. We put them together with the herbs at the bottom of the plastic container.

Strain the remaining broth through cheesecloth and put on fire again. Boil until it decreases in volume and becomes thicker. Pour half of the resulting product onto vegetables with herbs.
