Jellied meat is a winter dish. In combination with boiled potatoes, pickles and horseradish, you will have a wonderful, delicious dinner according to all the traditions of Russian cuisine.

Wash pork legs, chicken and beef well, put in a saucepan and cover with water, leave for a couple of hours. Then change the water and put the pot on the fire. Bring broth to a boil, reduce heat, add onions and carrots, cook for 3 hours.

Then add salt, add peppercorns, bay leaf and continue to cook for another 2 hours.

When the meat is ready, remove it from the pan, strain the broth through cheesecloth folded several times.
