The fridge does not require boiling, it is served cold, which is more relevant for hot summer days. It is usually prepared in one way, but the skeletons for the soup may be different. Lithuanian fridge is made with kefir.

Boil the beets in their uniforms, cool, peel and rub on a coarse grater.

Hard-boiled eggs, cool, peel and cut into cubes.

Wash the cucumbers, peel them and cut into strips.

Wash the greens, chop it finely with a knife.

Put the beets and cucumbers in a saucepan, salt and pepper to taste, stir. Combine water, sour cream and kefir. Pour this mixture over the vegetables, stir. Add herbs and eggs, mix well again. Place the refrigerator in a cool place for 15-20 minutes.
