I would like to recommend an interesting recipe for cold summer soup. An unusual fridge on kefir without beets is prepared simply and quickly. Even an inexperienced cook can master such an outstanding recipe. Sorrel soup will perfectly saturate and quench your thirst in the hot season.

Pour the canned sorrel together with the marinade into a container in which you will cook a cold beet-free fridge on kefir.

Carefully wash and dry cucumbers and radishes, cut the tails and grate on a coarse grater. Place in a container with the rest of the ingredients. Add chopped green onions. Peel the garlic. Chop with a knife or fine grater, or pass through a press. Add to soup, salt and pepper.
