Pour half a liter of natural kvass into the blender bowl, combined with a teaspoon of mustard, a clove of garlic passed through a press, as well as two chopped boiled beets and a pinch of salt. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth and pour into a jug. Chopped vegetables with beef are poured with dressing and served.
