The summertime soup is cold, it will pleasantly refresh you on a hot summer day. This soup is easy to prepare and belongs to low-calorie dishes. Most often, beetroot cooler is prepared in water.

Wash the beets, peel and boil until tender, cool and grate on a coarse grater.

Wash the potatoes, peel them, cut them into small cubes. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, remove from the broth and leave for a while until they cool.

Add sugar and vinegar to hot potato broth. Add beets, eggs and potatoes to the broth.
