Cold gooseberry jam

Raw gooseberry and orange jam is a quick, no-boil treat. With this cold cooking method, all the vitamins and the benefits of the preparation are preserved. Gooseberries must be ripe, you can take any variety.

Sort the berries, cut off the tails, put in cold water for 10 minutes to soak all the garbage. Rinse under running water, lay on a towel and pat dry.

Wash the oranges under warm water using a hard sponge to wash off all the pesticides and pour boiling water over again. Cut the oranges into circles and then into 4 pieces.
