Cold borsch with beef

Cold borscht with beef is a great alternative to okroshka or cold beef. This version of cold summer soup is in no way inferior to its brethren. A cold dish turns out to be quite aromatic and satiates well on a hot day. Cold borscht is prepared simply and will give you a pleasant pleasure.

Wash the potatoes thoroughly, put in a saucepan, cover with cold water, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover. Cook for about 20 minutes.

Rinse the beef well, put in a saucepan, bring to a boil, periodically remove the resulting foam. Simmer, covered over low heat, until cooked through. Beef takes a long time to cook, so it is better to cook it beforehand.
