Cold borsch with sprat

Fish borscht is a very satisfying and nutritious dish with a rich taste. You can serve it warm or cold, whichever you prefer. Borscht with sprat will diversify the family menu and will definitely pleasantly surprise your family.

Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Rub the beets on a coarse grater.
