Peel the beets, rub on a coarse grater. Then we send it to the pan and fill it with water. When the water boils, add vinegar to the pan. This is to ensure that the beets do not lose their color. Bring the contents of the pan to a boil again. Then keep on fire for another 15 minutes. When ready, let the beet broth cool.
Before serving the dish to the table, we proceed as follows: first put a mixture of vegetables, sausages, eggs and herbs on a plate, then fill them with beet broth, while adding the beets themselves.
