Cold borsch with citric acid

Cold borscht, or beetroot soup, is an easy first course that can satisfy your hunger and refresh on a hot day. Such a dish is prepared without meat, based on water, kvass or vegetable broth. For pungency, you can add garlic or mustard, to add a piquant sourness - citric acid.
