I recommend making a delicious cold borscht with meat. This dish is somewhat similar to beetroot or chilli. It turns out fragrant and satisfying. A good option for a summer lunch.

Place a small amount of cold water in a saucepan, place over medium heat and add the chopped beets. Bring to a boil. Wash the lemon thoroughly, cut into thin slices and squeeze out the lemon juice so that the beets do not lose their color. Cook the beets for about 15-20 minutes over low heat, covered.
Put the chopped ingredients in a saucepan with the cooled beets. Cool the cooked chicken meat, separate from the bones and skin, cut into thin strips or disassemble with two forks into fibers. Place in a saucepan with the rest of the ingredients. Add cooled chicken stock. Season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
