Ingredients
Cooking process
Wash freshly picked cucumbers well in cool running water, and then dry. Prepare one-liter jars, wash them well in warm water and baking soda, and then sterilize in the microwave, oven, or water bath. Rinse the dill umbrellas, horseradish leaves and black currant well under water, and then shake off excess moisture.
Pour the required amount of cold water into a saucepan with a thick bottom, and then add the measured amount of salt. Put the pan on fire and bring to a boil, then boil for literally 5 minutes. Then remove from heat and add grape vinegar and vodka, mix well and immediately pour prepared cucumber jars with hot brine.
