If you want to cook crispy cucumbers for the winter with an unusual ingredient, then use this recipe. To prepare delicious and aromatic cucumbers, you will need vodka. It is used as a preservative and gives an extraordinary taste to cucumbers.

For this recipe, collect small cucumbers straight from the bush.

Wash freshly picked cucumbers well in cool running water, and then dry. Prepare one-liter jars, wash them well in warm water and baking soda, and then sterilize in the microwave, oven, or water bath. Rinse the dill umbrellas, horseradish leaves and black currant well under water, and then shake off excess moisture.
