I want to share my favorite among the recipes for lightly salted cucumbers. Cucumbers cooked in a bag with garlic and dill are very aromatic and crispy. Such cucumbers instantly fly off the table. So I advise you to cook in large quantities at once.

First of all, prepare the required amount of cucumbers. Choose small cucumbers. Wash them thoroughly under cool running water, then pat them dry on a kitchen towel, then trim off the ends.

Prepare the dill, rinse it thoroughly under cold running water, and then shake off excess moisture. Peel the garlic and rinse. Measure out the required amount of table salt, as well as black peppercorns and allspice peas.

Chop the washed dill not too finely together with the stems.

Crush the peeled garlic with the flat side of a knife and then chop. You can also use a press or fine grater.
