Homemade brushwood on kefir in the oven

Homemade baked goods are gaining popularity because the quality of industrial baked goods is now at a low level. Brushwood is a simple cookie that doesn't take a lot of time to make and can be whipped up. Not everyone likes frying as a cooking method because the dish turns out to be quite greasy. Such food is not permissible for people who are overweight, but what about those who cannot resist the crunchy and aromatic dessert? Brushwood can be cooked in the oven, then it will become less high-calorie.

Ingredients:

  • Kefir - 200 ml.
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs.
  • Flour - 1.5 tbsp.
  • Vanilla sugar - 10 gr.

  3. The dough is kneaded until a homogeneous consistency is obtained, laid out on the table and rolled out.
