Homemade caviar is an incredibly healthy and tasty dish. You can cook eggplant and pepper caviar very quickly, but enjoy it all winter. Appetizing, spicy, with a pleasant bright color and delicate texture! Simply delicious!

We wash all the vegetables. Cut the courgettes and eggplants into small cubes.
