Delicious squash caviar with carrots and onions is a low-calorie product that is easy to prepare for future use. As a rule, zucchini fill the pantries so much that recipes simply end with them. Therefore, it is worth trying to prepare light squash caviar in jars for the winter.

Before you start cooking squash caviar, you need to prepare all the products for cooking. Carrots must be peeled and rinsed in running water, and all other products must be weighed.

Chop the onion finely, grate the carrots on a medium grater and finely chop the courgettes. Peel the garlic and leave the right amount of oil and tomato paste on hand.
