I highly recommend cooking carrot caviar for the winter. Such caviar will help you out and will pleasantly surprise your home and guests. The appetizer turns out to be quite aromatic and very, very tasty. An unusual appetizer can be a great addition to meat dishes or serve as an independent bright dish.

Arrange the finished carrot caviar in sterile jars, cover with sterile lids and roll well with a seaming machine. Then turn the jars of caviar upside down and wrap it in a warm blanket.
