Ingredients:

  • Ginger - 100 gr.
  • Wheat flour - 300 gr.
  • Sugar - 150 gr.
  • Butter - 200 gr.
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc.
  • Baking powder - 0.5 tsp
  • Natural honey - 2.5 tablespoons

Cooking process:

  1. Wash the ginger root well, then peel it and grind it on a grater.
  2. Take care of the butter in advance. It needs to be removed from the refrigerator to soften. Only then mix it with sugar, honey, egg and grated ginger.All ingredients are thoroughly mixed until smooth.
  3. We add sifted flour and baking powder to our mass. Knead the dough for a few minutes.
  4. After the dough has turned out, we wrap it in cling film and send it to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. When the dough has cooled enough, roll it out into a cake about 1.5 cm thick. Using special molds, we squeeze out our cookie blanks. You can simply cut the shapes arbitrarily with a knife.

  • Grated ginger - 3 tsp
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc.
  • Butter - 100 gr.
  • Wheat flour - 2 cups.
  • Granulated sugar - 0.5 cups.
  • Carnation - 5 pcs.
  • Cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • Baking powder - 2 tsp

Cooking process:

  1. First, grind the cloves and cinnamon in a mortar. Combine them in one bowl with flour and ginger. Mix everything thoroughly.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the chicken egg with sugar, and then add softened butter to them. It should be at room temperature. Beat the whole mixture with a whisk until it is airy.
  3. Add flour mixture to this mass. Knead the dough. It should be cool.

Ingredients:

  • Flour - 500 gr.
  • Butter 72% - 180 gr.
  • Brown sugar - 80 gr.
  • Egg - 2 pcs.
  • Fat kefir - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Ginger - 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • Vanillin - 0.5 tsp
  • Sea salt - 1 pinch

Cooking process:

  1. Sift the flour in a sieve and add vanillin, salt and spices to it. Then we introduce soft butter, chopped into pieces. Grind everything to a homogeneous crumbly mass.

Advice: it is better to grind sea salt or initially buy finely ground salt.

  1. Drive one chicken egg into a bowl, add kefir (3.5% fat) and sugar. Beat everything well until the sugar dissolves. Then we combine this mass with flour and knead the dough.
  2. Roll the dough into a ball and divide it into two parts. We send them to the refrigerator for 15 minutes so that the dough does not stick to our hands in the future. First we take out one part and roll it out between two sheets of parchment paper sprinkled with flour.
  3. After that we form cookies from the layer. To do this, use special molds or cut with a knife.
  4. Beat the chicken egg with a fork and grease our figures with it. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
  5. We repeat the same actions with the second piece of dough.

Ingredients:

  • Flour - 250 gr.
  • Powdered sugar - 100 gr.
  • Butter - 100 gr.
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground ginger - 2 tsp
  • Cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • Cocoa powder - 1 tsp
  • Ground cloves - 0.5 tsp
  • Ground cardamom - 0.5 tsp
  • Ground allspice - 0.5 tsp
  • Soda - 0.5 tsp
  • Salt - 1 pinch

Cooking process:

  1. Pour a pinch of salt, soda and all the spices into one container. Mix everything thoroughly. It is convenient in this case to use a spice mill.
  2. We sift flour and cocoa powder into the same container, which will give our cookies a chocolate shade. We mix everything well.
  3. Grind the icing sugar with softened butter. Then add melted honey and an egg to them. Beat the whole mass until creamy.
