Figs are put in a blender, covered with granulated sugar and crushed to a state of gruel. Then it is laid out in plastic containers and sent to the freezer. Thus, the berries will remain fresh and delicious.

First, thoroughly rinse the figs under running water and pat dry with a paper towel. We cut off the tails from each berry, as they are hard to grind in a blender. You can also cut it into several pieces to speed up the process.
