The skin is removed from the figs and passed through a meat grinder along with sliced lemon. Everything is mixed and granulated sugar is added to the resulting mass. Then the figs are transferred to jars, tightly rolled and sent to the refrigerator for storage.

Rinse the figs thoroughly under running water and dry them on a paper towel. Then we remove the skin so that the resulting mass comes out more tender (this is not necessary). We also wash the lemons and cut them into small pieces so that they fit into the meat grinder. We also remove the bones, as they will taste bitter.
