Irish Whole Grain Bread in a Bread Maker

There are quite a few Irish bread recipes, and each is distinguished by either special additives or an excellent preparation process. Yet most culinary experts believe that real Irish bread is a quick baked product based on kefir, whole grain flour and soda. The dough is quickly kneaded, flavored with spices and baked until golden brown. This bread does not contain yeast and is great for nutritionists.
