Emerald salad with chicken and kiwi

Awesome layered salad with an incredible mix of flavors! Very beautiful, juicy and hearty, you can't think of a better dish for a festive table!

Boil the chicken fillet for 20 minutes. in salted water and disassemble it into fibers. They can also be cut into smaller pieces.

Boil chicken eggs hard-boiled, cool under running water and rub on a fine grater.

Peel the onion and finely cut into cubes.

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.

Grate the cheese with large flakes.

Peel and cut the kiwi into small pieces.

Now we collect the salad in a deep container. We spread in layers ½ part of the chicken fillet, put ½ mass of cheese, tomatoes, onions, eggs on it. We coat each layer with mayonnaise.
