If you really like zucchini, there is a great way to cook them in a frying pan, stuffed with meat filling. Zucchini prepared in this way are juicy and satisfying. Therefore, such a dish is good for lunch.

Wash and dry the zucchini thoroughly. Cut the washed zucchini into 1.5 centimeters thick slices. Remove the core with a teaspoon.

Boil the rice until half cooked and drain through a sieve. Peel the onions and chop finely. Put the minced meat in a small bowl, add rice, finely chopped onion, break two chicken eggs, season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Stuff the zucchini rings with the prepared filling.

Pour wheat flour into a shallow plate and roll the zucchini in it on both sides.
