Zucchini stuffed with mushrooms is a light summer dish that differs not only in its pleasant delicate taste, but also in its versatility: it will perfectly fit not only into the festive, but also into the everyday menu. By the way, instead of mushrooms, you can use minced meat as a filling: pork, beef, fish.

First, prepare the food you need. Rinse and cut the mushrooms into medium-sized cubes, rub the insides of the zucchini on a medium grater.

Combine chopped mushrooms, grated zucchini, minced meat and sour cream in a separate bowl. Mix everything thoroughly.

We cut the zucchini into large rings 3 cm thick. We start the rings with our filling.
