When a good harvest of zucchini has turned out, various options for their preparation come to mind. Today we will cook zucchini stuffed with minced meat. This dish combines meat and a side dish, so we don't have to rack our brains and waste time preparing two dishes. So, let's get started with cooking!

We wash the rice several times in running water, put it in a saucepan and boil until tender. Remove from heat and let cool. We wash the zucchini, cut off the stalk, cut it in half and use a spoon to clean the zucchini from the core.

Peel the onion, rinse and cut into small cubes. Put the onion in a preheated pan with vegetable oil and fry until golden brown.

Prepare the filling: mix the minced meat with boiled rice, fried onions, tomato sauce, spices and salt. Mix well until smooth.
