Most often, peppers are stuffed with minced rice and meat, but zucchini are no worse than peppers suitable for stuffing. Cooking this mouth-watering lunch in a multicooker will ensure that both the filling and the courgette are juicy and tender. Try it!

Prepare all ingredients for cooking. Peel the zucchini and remove the insides, and cut the zucchini into stuffing cups.

Chop the onion, grate the carrots and chop the herbs. Send vegetables to a slow cooker, add a little oil and fry in the "Fry" mode for several minutes with the lid open. Then add rice, stir and add a little water. Simmer the mixture for a couple of minutes.
