The secret to the deliciousness of this dish is to quickly fry the zucchini, making the slices crisp and sweet. To enhance the taste, it is proposed to sprinkle the zucchini with spices and grease it a little with olive oil, but you can also do without it. For a large company, just increase the number of ingredients.

Rinse the zucchini with cold water and wipe dry with a napkin. Then cut it into oblique circles no more than 1 cm thick. Arrange the zucchini circles in one layer on a cutting board and sprinkle with salt, black pepper and thyme to your liking. Rub the spices and salt a little into the flesh of the courgette.
Saute the zucchini for 1–1.5 minutes, then turn over and saute just as quickly. The zucchini should have a characteristic grill mark. Do not bring the zucchini to softness. Transfer the sautéed zucchini to a serving plate and top the zucchini with balsamic vinegar or lemon juice for a richer flavor.
