Grilled zucchini with garlic

Zucchini marinated with garlic and grilled is an excellent option for preparing a side dish for a variety of dishes. The main secret of our zucchini preparation is a spicy marinade, in which the zucchini must be marinated for several hours. Thanks to the variety of spices, fresh herbs and garlic in the marinade, zucchini are juicy and incredibly tasty.

We wash the young zucchini, cut off the stalk and chop the zucchini into small slices about 1 cm thick.

We clean and wash the garlic, pass it through a press.

Put the chopped zucchini in a bag and add the garlic, chopped fresh herbs there.

Prepare the marinade: mix the mustard, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Then add olive oil in a thin stream. Mix everything well and pour it into a bag with zucchini.

We tie the bag, shake it a little so that the marinade is evenly distributed over all the zucchini, and leave it to marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, periodically stirring the contents of the bag.

After the zucchini is well marinated, we start cooking them. Set the grill pan to warm up over medium heat. Put several slices of zucchini in a hot pan and fry them on each side for 4-5 minutes.
