Grilled zucchini on skewers

I would like to share a wonderful zucchini appetizer cooked on skewers. Such zucchini are perfect for any kebab. While meat kebabs are being fried, you can quickly marinate the zucchini and then cook them on the grill.

First of all, make a fire and let the coals burn out. Wash young zucchini or zucchini thoroughly in running water, dry, and then cut off the ends. You do not need to peel the skin. Cut the prepared zucchini into slices 0.5-0.8 centimeters thick, and then put in a deep container.

Peel the garlic, rinse under water, pass through a press, chop with a sharp knife or grate on a fine grater. Add to the courgettes along with table salt.

Then add the BBQ sauce, tomato sauce, Dijon mustard and hot mustard. Add your favorite dry spice mixture to taste.
