Need a recipe for an incredibly tasty and at the same time low-calorie zucchini dish? Grilled zucchini turns out to be very tasty and juicy if you leave them in the marinade for a while. Such zucchini differ in taste from those cooked in a pan, they turn out to be more delicious on the grill!

Let's prepare the marinade. In a separate container we combine sour cream, garlic passed through a press, salt and spices (you can only use black ground pepper). We mix everything.

Wash the zucchini thoroughly, cut off the ends on both sides. Next, cut the zucchini into circles, the approximate thickness of which is no more than 1 cm.

Mix the prepared zucchini with the marinade. Mix in such a way that each zucchini circle is in the marinade. We put in the refrigerator for half an hour.

After a while, the zucchini will be ready for grilling.
