The taste of zucchini baked on the grill is mainly determined by the marinade. Zucchini is either marinated or served with sauce. In this recipe, you are encouraged to marinate the zucchini in soy sauce before baking.

Pour equal amounts of soy sauce and vegetable oil into a separate bowl. Add chopped garlic to them. You can fry it a little, but with fresh garlic, the taste of zucchini will be more delicate. Mix everything well with a whisk.

Wash the zucchini well under running water, cut off the tails and wipe the zucchini dry with a towel. Then cut them into longitudinal pieces up to 1.5 cm thick.

Put the chopped zucchini in a separate bowl or bag, salt and pepper to your liking, pour the prepared sauce and mix well. Close the dishes. Leave the zucchini to marinate in the sauce for 1 hour. During this time, prepare the grill for work.

Then grease the zucchini pieces on one side with oil and place them on the grill. Roast the courgettes on one side for 4-5 minutes. Remember that this vegetable is better undercooked than overcooked.
