In this recipe, you are invited to cook another tasty preparation for the winter - Korean-style zucchini in circles. The special flavor of this piece is given by a special Korean-style carrot seasoning. We prepare zucchini with the addition of onions, carrots and sweet peppers and sterilize the preparation.

Wash the zucchini well and peel them from the peel and seeds with inner pulp. Then cut them into 1 cm thick slices. For the zucchini in the workpiece to have a crunchy taste, do not cut them very thinly.

Peel and rinse all other vegetables: peppers, carrots, onions, and garlic. Grate the carrots on a Korean grater. Cut the onion into quarters. Chop the pepper lengthwise into thin strips.

Place all chopped vegetables in a deep bowl. Grind the garlic in a garlic and add it to the vegetables. Then add vinegar to them, add the calculated amount of salt and sugar, and sprinkle the vegetables with Korean seasoning. If you don't have such a seasoning, replace it with ground coriander and red pepper. Heat the vegetable oil well and pour it over the vegetables. Stir the salad with your hands.

After this time, put the zucchini with vegetables in clean jars and cover with the marinade. Sterilize the jars for 15-30 minutes (the time depends on the volume of the jar) and roll up with boiled lids. Then turn them over onto the lids and wrap them up with a warm blanket. Transfer chilled Korean zucchini to storage.
