Korean zucchini for the winter

A delicious variation of a spicy preparation for the winter, Korean-style zucchini. It is somewhat reminiscent of the well-known spicy carrot salad.

Wash the zucchini, peel the seeds and peel. Grate vegetables with a Korean carrot grater.

In a bowl, combine the sunflower oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and seasoning and let sit for 30 minutes.

Peel the onions, garlic and carrots. Grate the carrots. Cut the onion into half rings. Chop the garlic with a press. Combine the zucchini, carrots, onions, garlic and the spice mixture, mix everything well and leave for 3 hours.

When time has passed, put the salad in sterilized jars, cover them with lids. Sterilize the jars along with the salad in boiling water for 15 minutes, then roll up the lids and wrap them in a blanket until they cool completely. Store sewing in a cool place.
