Zucchini are vegetables that go well with many foods. Let's cook them in the oven, without bringing them to absolute softness, but leaving them a little al dente. It is advisable to use zucchini young of the same size. We will stuff the boats with chicken and vegetables. A juicy and tender dish will bring many benefits and satiety to you and your guests.

Wash the zucchini and cut off their tails. Cut the fruit in half lengthwise.
