Korean zucchini with carrots

When zucchini season comes, you can take the opportunity to prepare a delicious appetizer - Korean-style zucchini with carrots. Such an appetizer turns out to be juicy, spicy, aromatic and very tasty. Zucchini prepared according to this recipe will ideally complement a meat dish.

We'll start preparing the appetizer by preparing the main component. Wash the squash thoroughly and pat dry with a paper towel. Then the ponytails should be trimmed on both sides. Since the zucchini is young, you do not need to cut the skin off.

Next, armed with a Korean carrot grater, grind the zucchini. The central pulp can be omitted.

After peeling, we also grind the carrots on the same grater. Then we send the carrots to a frying pan preheated with vegetable oil and fry for just a couple of minutes over moderate heat. The purpose of this action is to soften the carrots a little.
