Zucchini in the oven without oil

The easiest way to make zucchini is to bake them in the oven. The dish turns out to be not only quick, but also healthy. A low-calorie dish can be adapted to a dietary one by using low-fat cheese and natural yogurt instead of sour cream.

Prepare the food you need to prepare the meal. Wash the zucchini thoroughly and let dry. Trim the ends of the zucchini and peel the skin with a vegetable peeler. Cut the peeled zucchini into thin slices. If the zucchini is young, it is not necessary to peel it.

Cover the prepared baking tray with baking paper or a silicone mat. Arrange the courgettes, filling the baking sheet completely. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Put sour cream and garlic in a small bowl, having previously peeled it off and passed it through a press or chopped with a knife. Season with salt and pepper. Add Provencal herbs if desired. They go very well with baked vegetables. Stir the sauce thoroughly.
