Zucchini in the oven wedges

A delicious and quick hot snack for a good company of zucchini in breadcrumbs and cheese is cooked in the oven. Preparing a snack is quick and easy. You can serve this crunchy treat with any sauce.

Wash the courgettes well and wipe dry. First cut them into plates 1.5 cm long.
