Grilled zucchini

If you are fortunate enough to have an oven with the "Grill" function, you can use this and prepare many healthy and aromatic dishes. One of these dishes is young zucchini in a sauce of Greek yogurt and herbs with garlic.

Wash young zucchini and, without peeling, cut lengthwise into pieces about 3 mm thick. Prepare wide baking sheets (preferably 2) and cover them with foil. Lightly sprinkle the foil with vegetable oil. You can fill it in a spray bottle. Add a little oil to a bowl with zucchini, mix everything.

Arrange the sliced ​​zucchini on baking sheets, sprinkle a little with oil. Set the "Grill" mode in the oven, cook for about 10 minutes, placing a baking sheet under the very top of the oven. So bake all the zucchini.

Mix Greek yogurt with finely chopped pure herbs, add garlic passed through a special press. Add salt and pepper, mix. The sauce is ready. It is better to add salt, as if salting the sauce, since we do not salt the zucchini. Put a layer of zucchini in a dish, pour over them abundantly with some of the sauce.

Cover with another layer of zucchini pieces, also layered with yoghurt sauce. Continue until you run out of courgettes and sauce. Serve with fresh herbs.
