Zucchini boats are an excellent dish for a family dinner and a festive table. For the “boats”, you can choose the filling to your taste, do not forget about the cheese “cap”, which will melt and brown beautifully during the cooking process.

Wash the zucchini, cut them in half, remove the pulp with a spoon. Cut the squash into cubes.
