If you are very fond of grilling vegetables, there is a great way to cook them at home, even if you don't have a grill pan. I propose to cook zucchini on a wire rack in the oven. Vegetables prepared in this way are practically indistinguishable from vegetables cooked over a fire, with the exception of the specific smell of a fire.
