Zucchini in the oven with garlic

The fastest and least troublesome way to cook zucchini is to bake them in the oven with sour cream and garlic sauce and cheese. This method of cooking, without the use of oil, makes the dish light and healthy and preserves the maximum benefit and vitamin in the zucchini.

We wash young zucchini, cut off the ends and cut into thin circles 5-7 mm thick.
