Zucchini in the oven with cheese

For the preparation of such a snack, it is better to use young zucchini. They do not need to be freed from the peel and seeds, and the blank circles are obtained with an ideal shape. It's amazing how two such simple and familiar products make such a delicious and rich dish. Serve zucchini baked with cheese, preferably hot. However, when cooled down, they are also very tasty and can serve as a great quick snack at the right time.

Wash the zucchini thoroughly, dry it and cut off the place of the stem and the opposite tip. Cut the zucchini into circles about five to seven millimeters thick.
