One of the options for using vegetables such as zucchini useful for our body is to fry them in a garlic-cheese batter based on flour and kefir. This is a great way to dispose of zucchini stocks at home for a delicious snack.

Mix kefir with flour in a suitable container, beat with a mixer until smooth. Salt and pepper. The dough will turn out to be similar in density to sour cream. Let the batter stand for 10 minutes.
