Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Mix mayonnaise with garlic. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices. On a platter, spread the zucchini in batter, brush them with mayonnaise sauce and put the tomato, again a little sauce and cover with a second circle of zucchini. Grease the top zucchini with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese, if desired, you can decorate the dish with herbs.
