Delicious snacks are made from zucchini in batter. Such a dish can be served as an aperitif before a meal or as a component of a complex side dish for hot meat dishes.

Wash the zucchini, cut into thin slices, salt and leave for 10 minutes, then blot the vegetables with a paper napkin.
