Zucchini in batter with mayonnaise and garlic

Zucchini in batter turns out to be very juicy, because it remains inside the dough. To keep the zucchini from being soggy, the fire should not be too strong. Garlic sauce or regular sour cream is suitable for fried zucchini in batter.
